“We LOVE Mason Jar and all of the waiters and waitresses. We visit at LEAST once a week. Our 3 year old LOVES Holly and gets so excited to come see her! We love the food and drinks. The atmosphere is great. The customer service is TOP NOTCH. As a person who is allergic to pretty much everything, their chef is awesome at catering to my very specific needs! It’s one of the only places I feel “safe” eating at!“

“Many events and live music throughtout the week with bands on weekends. Great for any sized group, couples or individuals. Spacious deck with bathrooms outdoors too. Pool table only 25c, with good sticks and cornhole on the deck. This bar will only get better moving forward!“

“so good! haven’t had this place in a few years so took the opportunity when I saw it on DoorDash. first order didn’t get completed so I reordered and I’m so happy I did! got wonton soup, sushi, and spring rolls. delicious. saw I received a house salad and miso soup. also very very good. will definitely be coming back here more now that I’m in the area!“

“One of my favorite spots to drink in town ! It's an intimate bar where you can actually have a conversation (which is hard to find in Toledo). It's also got a beautiful outdoor arrangement, that coupled with the friendly staff and owner will have you coming back every week.“

“This bar is perfect, and there's a reason it's been there forever: It's because it's perfect.
This is that bar you go to after a long day at work to sit at the bar and have a few to unwind a little before going home, and it's also the place where you meet a friend you haven't seen in years, because you hardly ever have to wait long for a table, and the booths are nice and clean and comfortable and the there's just enough noise that no one can overhear your conversation, and it's just enough volume to where you can speak at normal volume and not have to shout to be heard.
It's also where you go to get good, high-quality bar food, and I do not mean that sarcastically. Everyone craves bar food every once in a while, but some is better than others, and this place's food happens to be very good. It's clean, it's good ingredients, and it's cooked well.
This is not the place where you go to have a waitress read your mind and show up just when you need her. There's usually only 3 people working; two behind the bar, and one waiting tables. Now, these women do an excellent job, and if you have even just a dash of that old measure of human decency we call patience, then you won't have any problems. But if you're the guy who can't read the room and realize your waitress is literally flying around the place serving 9 other tables besides your own and you feel that gives you the right to get nasty with her, then don't come here, it's just not the place for you.
Seriously though the women on staff here are excellent. I would say you can expect to wait no more than 6 - 8 minutes before she'll round back to your table to ask if you need anything else.
This place has also won many awards for their burgers. I also highly recommend their fried pickles. EVERYONE, loves their fried pickles. Hell, my picky little toddlers who don't like ANYTHING, love their fried pickles. Do yourself a favor and order the fried pickles, especially if you've never had them before.
They have a typical draught selection (no budweiser, just bud light ?) and a pretty good bottled section (new castle, rolling rock, etc.), and the girls behind the bar mix great vodka martinis.
Like I said before, it's the perfect bar.“

“I like coming to this place with my buddy to have a drink and good conversations. In addition, I like the fact that the bar tender like to talk smack to us both. Although, their food is very good and it's something you would not expect from a pub or bar! Definitely need to try the Mother “

“A group of us visited Doc Watson’s earlier this week and it was awesome. Everyone said their food was great but I had the Italian sub and I can say it was the best Italian sub that I have ever eaten. Excellent food, phenomenal service, and so much fun!“

“A smaller place that is definitely worth the stop. It's one of the top 5 burgers I've had in Toledo (with perfectly fried French fries). The Mac & Cheese is unique in its flavor and, by itself, worth the experience. Think of the most amazing backyard cookout experience and elevate it to a neighborhood restaurant where the locals know to frequent. That's City Hall. Greg will make you delicious food, and Charee will make you feel at home.“
“I took my girlfriend to the Toledo Black Rock for Valentines day. To start, the restaurant is beautiful. In addition to this, the food was brilliant. The manager came out to check on us mid way through our meal. He was very kind and very helpful. Lastly, the service was on point. Our waitress, Katelyn, was always ready and available to help. It was one of my best dining experiences. We will be back!“

“The restaurant was really cool and the staff was super inviting and friendly. I sat at the bar, which was really nicely designed, I like the handrail. It was just kinda empty and felt weird for a Friday night at the bar. But idk, I got the vibe that it was a new place that opened recently. I'll have to visit again if I'm back in the area. Anyway, definitely worth the stop. Oh and the fireballs are so good.
Vegetarian options: They had a veggie burger.“

“It could use a spruce up. It could use a little more ambiance, like candles on the tables and booths and along the bar. We love the food and the margaritas are the best in town. The wait staff is very friendly. It would just be more appealing with more Mexican memorabilia distributed throughout the restaurant.“

“I had an issue with my takeout order which wasn't the end of the world but disappointing regardless but am very happy to say the issue was resolved in a very polite and respectable manner. Im not sure of the managers name who helped us but he was wonderful!“

“My experience with having lunch at Giorgio’s was outstanding, with service from my server Jade being first rate and the food a very close second. Jade’s smile was infectious, her positive attitude and menu product knowledge amazing, and her spirit a force to let you know you are a welcome patron at each and every visit! I have already put Giorgio’s Grill on my list as the #1 restaurant for exemplary service from Jade and great food for any meal!
