“What an excellent experience! We bombed them with a group of 10+ on a Friday night. They got right to accommodating us. The drinks were cold. The food was AMAZING, and the staff knocked it out of the park!“

“I don’t go out to eat often but when my child graduated kindergarten and asked for sushi I said yes. When we got there Emely greeted us and my daughter enthusiastically informed her that she lost a tooth today, too. Emely anticipated needs (brought chopstick helpers without asking) and also asked discreetly about allergies so she could surprise her— she brought out strawberry mochi with coconut ice cream inside which was perfect for a little girls celebration and was not expected. The food as always is very reasonably priced and very fresh and delicious but it was Emely’s service that prompted me to actually review after decades of dining here.“

She really did a great job especially having such a large party to take care of. Friendly, humorous, timely and accurate. “Barr's is a nice place but service can be hit or miss. During prime hours you may need to park at the hotel next door when they run out of spots. The food is upscale bar/pub style and made with care, just about everything on the menu is great. They have a nice happy hour selection and the cocktails are well made. Don't overlook stopping in for a quick lunch. Its a very small space and there are often events/corporate gatherings in the side room so it can get packed in a hurry. I suggest going before 5 or after the dinner rush. They take reservations but you still may end up waiting as people tend to linger at their tables so dont go expecting to fit in a specific timeline.“

“Stopped in for lunch in the middle of the day. Had a great experience. Madalyn was a excellent waitress she took really good care of us. The pizza was good. The Alfredo was absolutely the best I have had in town. The pasta was drowning in the Alfredo which is how I prefer. The Caesar salad was really delicious.“

“I went on a Wednesday, they had music trivia, Name That Tune going. It was so much fun! The food was great! I had the Paddy Pattie and fries. The sandwich was grilled nicely, the burger patty was perfectly medium, and the fries were well seasoned and cooked just right. I will definitely be back!“

“the fact they give 1 min to respond to their wait-list before kicking you off is insane. we literally got on the waitlist, the lady said just let us know if you choose somewhere else so we can cancel it. clearly we didn't cancel it and we were waiting... we pressed 1 to confirm but apparently did not make it in their 1 min countdown so they kicked us off... also they have ZERO red wine“

“Went in for a quick meal and at first did not think I would stay because no one spoke to me. After a few minutes the server did finally come over and was nice enough so I looked past it. I had a burger, fries and French onion soup. The burger, fries and onion rings were great! The soup was ok.“
