“This is one of the best restaurant's in Toledo area. They have delicious food and all kinds of wonderful drinks. You can come and just hang out and watch the game or you can book the banquet room and have a party. The patio is awesome they even have a full bar out on the patio and the fire pit is always warm and cozy. So stop on out where they'll treat you like family.

Kid-friendliness: They are definitely kid-friendly and offer high chairs and booster seats.

Wheelchair accessibility: They are completely wheelchair accessible it is only one floor and easy to get in and out of all doors and restroom areas.“

“This is a decent restaurant right off the strip in Sylvania. There is a large variety of various cheese melt sandwiches. The Milky Way Martini was absolutely delicious. The french fries were hot and crispy. The Onion rings we're borderline roached a couple were. The sandwiches are really good. Maybe a little bit pricey but at least it was fresh food.“

“If you're a michigan fan or ohio fan this place is welcoming to both. The food, especially the half soup half sandwich is enough to fill any appetite. I got the half Ruben half Chicken and Dumpling. The soul was a full portion and the sandwich was equally satisfying. The drinks are easy and quick, Amy was my server and wonderful to deal with. Can't wait to come back and give more business and money to this lovely location in charming downtown Maumee.“

“One of my favorite spots to drink in town ! It's an intimate bar where you can actually have a conversation (which is hard to find in Toledo). It's also got a beautiful outdoor arrangement, that coupled with the friendly staff and owner will have you coming back every week.“

“This bar is perfect, and there's a reason it's been there forever: It's because it's perfect.

This is that bar you go to after a long day at work to sit at the bar and have a few to unwind a little before going home, and it's also the place where you meet a friend you haven't seen in years, because you hardly ever have to wait long for a table, and the booths are nice and clean and comfortable and the there's just enough noise that no one can overhear your conversation, and it's just enough volume to where you can speak at normal volume and not have to shout to be heard.

It's also where you go to get good, high-quality bar food, and I do not mean that sarcastically. Everyone craves bar food every once in a while, but some is better than others, and this place's food happens to be very good. It's clean, it's good ingredients, and it's cooked well.

This is not the place where you go to have a waitress read your mind and show up just when you need her. There's usually only 3 people working; two behind the bar, and one waiting tables. Now, these women do an excellent job, and if you have even just a dash of that old measure of human decency we call patience, then you won't have any problems. But if you're the guy who can't read the room and realize your waitress is literally flying around the place serving 9 other tables besides your own and you feel that gives you the right to get nasty with her, then don't come here, it's just not the place for you.

Seriously though the women on staff here are excellent. I would say you can expect to wait no more than 6 - 8 minutes before she'll round back to your table to ask if you need anything else.

This place has also won many awards for their burgers. I also highly recommend their fried pickles. EVERYONE, loves their fried pickles. Hell, my picky little toddlers who don't like ANYTHING, love their fried pickles. Do yourself a favor and order the fried pickles, especially if you've never had them before.

They have a typical draught selection (no budweiser, just bud light ?) and a pretty good bottled section (new castle, rolling rock, etc.), and the girls behind the bar mix great vodka martinis.

Like I said before, it's the perfect bar.“

“I took my girlfriend to the Toledo Black Rock for Valentines day. To start, the restaurant is beautiful. In addition to this, the food was brilliant. The manager came out to check on us mid way through our meal. He was very kind and very helpful. Lastly, the service was on point. Our waitress, Katelyn, was always ready and available to help. “A smaller place that is definitely worth the stop. It's one of the top 5 burgers I've had in Toledo (with perfectly fried French fries). The Mac & Cheese is unique in its flavor and, by itself, worth the experience. Think of the most amazing backyard cookout experience and elevate it to a neighborhood restaurant where the locals know to frequent. That's City Hall. Greg will make you delicious food, and Charee will make you feel at home.“
