Best steak I have had in a long time. You cook the stake at your table on a 755 degree volcanic stone. Their own dipping sauce just added the perfect amount of flavor. I will definitely return with some friends.

Black Rock had been recommended by a friend to try, so we did. I was wondering how a heated rock was going to cook my dinner to my satisfaction. It would take 45 seconds on each side to cook my steak med-well, but that was only if I cut it in slices and continued to cook it. Was not happy doing that. Server was attentive, helpful and friendly. ~ Know before you go that you'll be cooking your own food on a hot lava rock.~ This was our first time and if we'd known we were going to cook our own food we would have gone elsewhere.
