the fact they give 1 min to respond to their wait-list before kicking you off is insane. we literally got on the waitlist, the lady said just let us know if you choose somewhere else so we can cancel it. clearly we didn't cancel it and we were waiting... we pressed 1 to confirm but apparently did not make it in their 1 min countdown so they kicked us off... also they have ZERO red wine
food is good service needs improved not sure if they have training or not .

Blue Pacific Grill is an amazing place to eat with a family-friendly atmosphere. Guests choose what they want to eat from a buffet, and the staff prepares it with all the selected ingredients. They have many food items to choose from for filling bowls, and their sauces are amazing. The grill area can get backed up, and the wait time for the cook line might be a bit long, but it is worth waiting for. The food is delicious and a great value. For a first timer, the process and menu are clearly explained. The servers are sweet, attentive, and have great personalities, keeping drinks filled. The restaurant can get extremely busy on Fridays and Saturdays, so expect a wait, but that wait is definitely worth it. Great food, drinks, and atmosphere make it a favorite. A new location is coming, and it is always a great night when it includes Blue Pacific.
