Claude’s hosted our Oregon Economic Development Foundation mixer, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. The food, the service, the atmosphere — everything was truly exceptional. Our group was well taken care of from the moment we walked in, and the staff went above and beyond to make the night seamless.
The setup was perfect for conversation and networking, and the menu was outstanding. Our guests raved about the entire experience.

The king crab & tuna were perfect. Recommended wine was also amazing. Excellent service. Ask for sharing plates. We love Claude’s!

Claude's Bistro & Bar is an excellent bistro with a nice range of menu selection rooms and an extensive list of intoxication choices. The food is delicious and impeccable, with options like Waygu smash burgers, pork chop, and pork tacos. The dessert is outstanding. The service is excellent, amazing, and attentive, with wait staff like Sam, Kamey, and Noelle who are very friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing and very nice, with indoor tables, bar seating, and an outdoor area. The bar is amazing with amazing TV’s. There is an extensive wine and Bourbon selection for all tastes and price ranges. The manager checked on guests twice. Some noted that portion size could be larger, and one guest mentioned the tacos were cold temperature wise. Overall, it is a very cute restaurant with comfortable seating, perfect for celebrations or a pre-show meal.
