The food, lobster tail and 8 oz filet, asparagus side, was cooked just right and superb. We got a free Dubai chocolate tiramisu for dessert, which was delectable. Benchmark has generally been consistently good, with great service, and this was no exception.“

“Oh my goodness. Received my Door Dash delivery and planned to just take a nibble and eat meal bit later. However one bite and I was hooked - game over. I had the lake perch, piece of catfish, spaghetti and okra. Everything was awesome - fish and okra fried to perfection, not too much breading and spaghetti very flavorful and full of meat - could be a meal in itself. I have been meaning to check this place out for some time. Now that I have I can't wait until my next time.“

“We have been twice. Drinks were great and food was good; bartenders were welcoming. One detail that we found off-putting both times; when you walk in, there is no apparent host/hostess - but once you step in a couple feet you hear “do you have a reservation?” from behind you. It was awkward to us both times and made us feel somewhat less welcome than I am sure they intended. I suggest setting up a host/hostess station if you expect people to stop or letting guests talk to a bartender or find the host/hostess vs speaking to their backs. Regardless, start with “welcome to the Farnsworth” vs “do you have a reservation.”“

“This place always comes in clutch for me when I need to eat after most establishments have closed. I even came a few days ago close to closing and they took great care of me and my wife. Best breakfast view in all of toledo with the sunrise being visible and seeing the dining room fill up with sunshine if you come early enough.
The morning crew (Carrie, Jessica, and Juliana) does a great job exceeding standards and the cooks (David and Ryan) are even better.
I would recommend the Brioche French toast and steak and eggs to split with another for a good balance between sweet and savory ✌“

“My only thing.i was just a little disappointed in was we were celebrating 2 birthdays and neither birthday person was recognized with a special desert. Most places do this gor there customers celebrating birthdays.
So next birthday we will go somewhere that does but always come to Cousino’s on other occasions.“
