Stopped in for Deb’s birthday, had a great experience all around. Food was exceptional and so was the service!
My husband was served cold steak and raw lobster. Couldn’t find a waiter to warm up steak so ate it then tried the lobster took a few bites and said this is not cooked, called waiter who only said “ wish you would have said your food was cold sooner “ sent manager who said “ wish you would have told us sooner and then said “ I saw your plate your lobster is not undercooked” my husband again said it was and reminded them we can’t complain sooner when the waiter is...read full review

Based on the reviews, Real Seafood Company in Toledo is an awesome restaurant right on the river, offering a beautiful atmosphere with a fireplace and nice views. The service is top notch, exceptional, and great. The drinks are amazing and excellent. The food is the best seafood around, fantastic, and delicious. Specific meals mentioned include the awesome salmon, a very good salmon, a nice and crispy crusted flounder, fantastic brussel sprout appetizers, delicious fish tacos and clam chowder, and gelato for dessert. However, the smashed potatoes were disappointing and gummy, and the house salad was kind of soggy. The digital menus are the best, with pictures of each dish. The restaurant is a gem in Toledo and a favorite for many.
