The owner was there and talked to us often during the evening. We were new to oysters and he gave advice on what each one would be like. The place is an old bank and they maintained the vault as part of the bar. Enjoyed the experience and are planning to return
Absolutely fantastic experience at Farnsworth last evening in celebration of a friend’s birthday. Not only was the food amazing, but the attention to the little details and fun interaction with the team really took things to the next level. Farnsworth is a must do not only for celebrations but also when you want a really well executed meal in a very warm, friendly environment. Josh and team are doing really cool things in downtown Waterville

this place is a dime! I had the best scallops I’ve ever eaten thanks to Skye’s recommendation. She is so fun to talk to and I wish I’ve been here sooner! Get the bread when you order the scallops, trust me
