Amazing food and amazing staff! They never disappoint. My fav date night spot. Make sure to try to tasting menu with the wine pairing!
A dining experience put together beautifully. The staff and owner as equally, if not, more beautiful. I highly recommend the tasting menu experience. But fortunately, any other menu item will likely meet and exceed all expectations. Thank you!
This place is Great! Had Birthday dinner and drinks last evening. The whole staff are awesome and friendly. The food was Fantastic!

Based on the reviews, Farnsworth Cocktail & Oyster Bar in Waterville is a great little restaurant in an old bank. The atmosphere is nice, fairly quiet, vibrant, intimate, and welcoming. The staff and owner are beautiful, friendly, and engaging. The food is consistently excellent, with a tasteful menu that changes seasonally. Specific meals recommended include the baked oysters, the hamburger, the smash burger, and the raspberry filled beignets for dessert. The handcrafted cocktails are excellent and above average. The tasting menu experience is highly recommended, and the food and wine pairing is amazing. It is a hidden gem with exceptional price-to-value. Even the oyster bar has zero fishy smells. Reservation recommended.
