I love this place! It's one of my favorites in Ohio. It's always packed, so watch the hours you go to avoid waiting for a while because it's GOOD!!! You pick your ingredients, choose the rice and sauce of preference, and it's cooked for you and delivered to your table. As Canadian, it's fun as we don't have something like that home.

We got in at 12:20 told us it gonna be a 20 minutes wait for 5 people. I saw 4 groups of people get seated I excused the 2 for reservations but there was 2 groups of 5-6 people and they got seated before we were there for over 35 minutes while 4 groups got

Five stars across the board. You won't meet a friendlier staff anywhere. Food is very clearly fresh and they have someone tending to it constantly to make sure you follow all food safety rules as you build your bowl. Food allergies are also a big concern for them. We had a wait to eat and we got a message our table was ready, were seated promptly, and the wait staff was fantastic. Checked in on us multiple times.The staff was happy and very clearly got along with each other which makes for a very pleasant dining experience. 5/5 and looking forward to coming back.

Waited over an hour for a table when told it would only be 25 minutes.. after so many minutes it came clear that they were not seating any black people as I watched others came in after us and was set down before us. This is ridiculous!!!!!!
Never been to a Mongolian place before, it was cool how you pick what you want in it and put it in a bowl, choose your sauce and seasonings, then whether you want rice or noodles. Leave your bowl for them to cook and serve to your table. It was delicious.

First time visiting, probably too busy on a Saturday night. We had to do takeout due to the long wait. The bowls they hand you are so small. I couldn't believe it. You have to try to build it up without making a mess. Two in my party had the vegetables only but were still charged the full price as someone with steak. The wait was so long, probably 1 hour to fill our bowls and have them cooked. I paid and waited in the back of the restaurant. It was kind of stressful for getting dinner. The food was decent except I heard the jackfruit was terrible.
