“I just moved to Sylvania and I came to VI and tried the pizza. I wasn’t expecting much and it was way above my expectations. I then tried the smash burger next. Again, it was way above my expectations. It was one of the best smash burgers I had. Taylor who is very friendly and informative every time I come in, recommended the Cuban. Which I tried that next and it was amazing. I have had it 4 times now and it’s the best Cuban I’ve ever had. I also learned they smoke their own meats which you can tell immediately. I met Tony the kitchen manager and he actually takes pride in his job and cares about the customers. Which this day and age is completely surprising and almost extinct from the workplace. Everyone is nice and welcoming. All the waitresses are hot. Food is great. Everyone is nice and friendly including the clientele. If you like pizza come here. And if you love sandwiches and burgers, come here.“

“We came here for dinner and there were 7 of us. Hostess told us there was not a table available so they put us on a list. Than she told us we had to wait in our car. My grandchildren were busy playing on the game machines so I asked her if we could just hang out by the games and she was very rude to me and said we were in the way. So we had to take the small children outside and wait. So than we kept seeing people coming in with the same amount of people being seated before us. Finally when we were seated the waitress took our order and we literally waited for an hour and a half for our food. The waitress got an attitude with us when we asked about our order instead of apologizing to us. I probably would of understood if the place was busy but by the time we sat down all the tables around us were empty. I felt very disrespected and felt like the hostess and the waitress were very rude . Also the food was terrible. I will never go to this place ever again. Terrible customer service“

“I stopped in for cheesy bread as a snack during lunch hours on a Saturday. They didn't have any ready at that moment but the manager without hesitation offered to make it within 5 mins. That was super nice of him and I great appreciated his offer!“

“Went in for a dordash order came back for dinner and it was awesome the staff were great and chill guy that came up initially diddnt know much and asked if id be okay if he had somebody help take the order to get any deals he was unaware of very great idea he was super cool made small exceptions and the guy that took the order was awesome aswell 3 pizzas for 20$ good deal another super energetic lady had also helped me put all of the pizza into my carry bag 99/10 amazing night staff“

“Stopped in on a whim on 2/16/26 and happy we did. The young lady working the counter seemed genuine and was hilarious (we asked about the “hot af” sauce). The Gentleman in the kitchen seemed all about business and the pair worked well together. The strips were big and juicy while the sauces had great flavor. Did I mention the strips were $1 apiece for the special? Puts Popeyes and KFC to shame.“
