“This is by far the WORST service I've ever got from a Wingstop. They gave me the wrong order. I called to advise them of the issue and was put in hold. The GM answered ( no one ever told me I was being transferred nor did I ask for a manager) he was so Rude and has zero customer service skills he should be fired. He told me I could come get it ( no way to do that) so i asked for a refund. He said ok and hung up in my face. I called back to ensure it was processed and he said very rude that it was processed. I asked him for the order number and his name and he told me I don't need his name, he didn't have the order number and that I was entitled and he hung up in my face again. I'm beyond disappointed and feel disrespected by the GM who is supposed to represent your brand. Sad to say I'll never choose to spend my money here again and it's all because of the GM onsite 5/31 @ 12pm . “Restaurant was nice, service was good. To me, the pizza was just "ok." I really don't care for their sauce, which seems to make or break a pizza. They use a lot of cheese compared to some other restaurants. The crust was good. The marinara for the breadsticks was terrible but the sticks were very good. For the price, I expected it to be a lot better. It was OK, but I think I will stick with my usual pizza place.“

“There's a ton of options when choosing from this place but don't let it intimidate you when you have your whole life to try a taste of this and that. Personally the boom burgers and rib tips scream for me to come back; dont forget when it comes to sides this place is a king of baked Mac and cheese.
