“We ordered through DoorDash for our Valentines Day dinner. The food was soo good! I had the Ma's meatloaf and my boyfriend had the chicken breast dinner. We ate everything. I ate way too much, but couldn't stop! We also ordered the meatballs that were excellent. There were so many, we saved them for our dinner tonight. All the packaging was labeled, with a very nice note on the bag. I even asked for a special surprise that they honored. I won't say what it was because then everyone would be asking for it ?. Seriously, if the owner and staff see this, thank you so much. We will definitely be visiting the restaurant after our great experience and food through DoorDash. Don't second guess this place, go eat there ?❤️“
“Our server, Jacqueline, was super. The Easter special pork chops & ham dinners were delicious. Scalloped potatoes & green beans were cooked perfectly. Can't wait to try polish menu items. Only disappointment was they ran out of fish & chips. Had a great time.“
“Our server Ellie was fantastic!!!!! We had the all you can eat crab and she made sure our plates were never empty! She was always checking on us to see if we needed anything and she was always smiling! We couldn't have asked for a better server! The food was delicious as always!!!! Those mushrooms though!!!! “We stopped in pretty much right after opening for an early lunch. First the atmosphere is perfect for a small town bar. We were greeted by our friendly server Barb and the cadence of the meal was perfect. We started with the breaded mushrooms - perfectly fried with a crunchy exterior and the mushrooms fully cooked. Our entrees - the Reuben with onion rings - the bread had a great grill on it. Kept the sandwich from being soggy! The onion rings were again just about perfect. No sliding onion rings after the first bite here! I had the Hanover Backwoods Burger and wow was it tasty. The fries were good (I believe double fried with a good crunch) but the burger was the star of this meal for me. If we're in the area again we'll be back!“
