Good food as you would expect from any Panera. Asked for chips instead of baguette with my pick 2 combo meal, and didn't get chips. This was despite the young man taking the order acknowledged the request.
Went in to grab coffee and some breakfast. Out of souffles, the main reason I ever come to Panera and got here early in the day to make sure they were in stock. Tried ordering some sandwiches but they were out of the bagels needed. Just ordered an iced latte and got a hot one instead. Just took the L and left since I at least got my coffee. Wasn't even that good but it got the job done I guess.

Placed an order through the Panera site. It was delivered missing an item. I called the store and within 1 minute it was resolved and they were redelivering the item to my house- 15 minutes away. When the delivery arrived in under 30 minutes, they also included a free muffin.Customer service- top notch! Nicely done and thank you.
