Chelsea Top Shelf far out passes our experience of Top Shelf Brighton. The place is clean, the food looks premium style on real plates and full tap offerings. The staff actually serves the tables and gives a full dining experience.
Lots of great changes! If you haven’t been here fir a while check it out
