Full disclosure I've never had the food but due to my experience as a delivery driver I would never spend my own money here. It's been drive-thru only for at least a year, I assume due to under-staffing, and as a result the pick up process is always excruciatingly slow. Additionally the ordering stand in the drive-thru has been broken forever so clearly there's no investment in the place. With such clear unwillingness to invest in the areas the public sees I can't imagine the state of the areas the public can't see i.e. the kitchen.

I had an offer to redeem through the app, I went to pull it up to scan, and it was no longer there. Steven was extremely accommodating and friendly when addressing the issue.
My 1st visit. Went throigh the drive thru. Food was hot, bags were packed per each persons order, lots of napkins and even a straw. Great workers, it's unusual and makes a change to get great food and service. Give these workers a raise.

This location has always been a favorite of mine. Pleasant drive thru cashier, accurate, fresh food, speedy service. However, my order has been missing items twice this past week as well as my coworkers drink was a diet instead of regular and his chicken sandwich being over cooked. These are 3 separate days and orders in 1 weeks time.

Over at least the last 5 or 6 weeks's hard to say anything about the; food, service, restaurant cleanliness, etc as they hardly ever decide to open I stopped in tonight and last night at around 5 door locked and that happens at least once or twice every weekPhone calls during business hours go unanswered.This only seems the way to run a bus if you wanna run it into the ground.

Did mobile order, just had a frosty, early evening today. When I get there it is drive thru only, I say to the guy when it is my turn that I just have a frosty to pick up after waiting 10 minutes to get that far and he says that is stupid. Then I get to the window eventually and none of the employees look like they are at work, they are wearing sweat shirts that have nothing to do with Wendy's and look like they could care less about their jobs. I WISH I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS! FIND HELP OR CLOSE DOWN, JUST A BAD EXAMPLE OF WHAT ONCE WAS A GREAT WENDY'S! THE WAY THIS PLACE IS RAN IS INSULTING TO THE CUSTOMER'S.
