Why would you close the lobby at 5pm? I ordered ahead and now I’ve been in line literally a half hour for my drinks that have been ready for 15 minutes because I can’t run inside and pick them up.
This starbucks is managed super poorly. They are constantly out of supplies, half the time your drink is right, and hours change without notice, like today. Arn’t summer hours suppose to be longer? Apparently they close at 8:30 now. 😅 Get it together.
I love my PSL season ...friendly people and I Leslie the Starbucks manager at this store very nice and friendly ❤
