I frequent this Starbucks when I am in Jackson because the baristas are fun, friendly and EXTREMELY knowledgeable.I visited on Monday Feb 12th 2024 and was beyond IMPRESSED with Nick in the drive thru!!! I am shifting from coffee to tea and had many questions. Nick was pleasant and EXTREMELY patient with me. Went through the drive thru when it wasn't very busy, probably 2 cars ahead of me. The wait wasn't bad, but the woman working the window was rude. I work customer service, so I get not every day is not a good day, but she seemed irritated I was using gift cards to pay for my order. Overall I prefer the Starbucks in meijer ?♀️

Service was friendly and relevantly fast. Not a ton of seating but seems more of a pickup location. Found it a bit odd you needed passcode from staff for restrooms.Parking: Parking is encompassing the building and signs don't tell you one way even though spots are angled in front of store.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp outside and only a single wide door.
