? If there was a way to give this play no stars i would. My drink alone cost $10.91 & I have 3 kids & our total comes to $30+ each visit. We are regulars & the treatment that my kids & I received while stopping on our way back home is RIDICULOUS & BY FAR THEE WORST SERVICE i have ever received in my life from a starbucks employee. Do companies not understand that because of customers like me WE ARE THE reason you all Have a job! The inside was closed 20minutes before it was supposed to closed. It was a sunday & I guess it closes at 5pm it was 4:40pm The line was wrapped around the building. They gave my drinks to the car behind me after the RUDE GIRL TELLING ME THAT i didn’t have to come back which caused me to pull forward to go inside to speak with a manager. Unbelievable ! money was taken off my account still for drinks they gave to the car behind me and still haven’t been returned … I called this establishment TODAY … Maybe 10 min ago to speak with a manager to have another RUDE employee tell me that there is no manager available & she couldn’t disclose when they’d be available or a time that I could call back … I don’t think I’ll be spending another dime at Starbucks

Service was friendly and relevantly fast. Not a ton of seating but seems more of a pickup location. Found it a bit odd you needed passcode from staff for restrooms.Parking: Parking is encompassing the building and signs don't tell you one way even though spots are angled in front of store.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp outside and only a single wide door.

I frequent this Starbucks when I am in Jackson because the baristas are fun, friendly and EXTREMELY knowledgeable.I visited on Monday Feb 12th 2024 and was beyond IMPRESSED with Nick in the drive thru!!! I am shifting from coffee to tea and had many questions. Nick was pleasant and EXTREMELY patient with me. She explained the difference between the tea flavors and the sweeteners.I was deeply touched by her knowledge and kindness! This was not my 1st positive experience at this Starbucks either. The manager has gone above and beyond helping me in the past with trying to find a particular cup I wanted to give as a gift and Christmas.Every time I have gone in this Starbucks is incredibly clean, tables are always clean. The trash is never overflowing. Napkins are full. Restrooms are clean with toilet paper, soap and well maintained. Every time I'm there the food selection is plentiful as well! They also have a large variety of cups, straws, lids and coffees to buy.I highly recommend this Starbucks!!!OUTSTANDING!Parking: The Starbucks shares a parking lot with AKA sushi and when they are open parking is at a minimum. Fortunately, there's a rapid turnover of people picking up orders at Starbucks. There tends to be a very long drive through line at peak times ... so it's easier to find a parking spot and go in to pick your order.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp from the parking lot up to the door entrance to Starbucks. However, entering Starbucks you would have to make a tight right turn as you enter.

1-7-24 1:30 pm . I walked in asked 1 simple question about the menu, i was infront of the menu . She rudely pointed to the register and said get over there ill help you in a minute , then she rolled her eyes and walked away . Keep in mind im the only customer inside . I was wearing a military pull over im a white man in my 40s . Shes a white short hair blonde girls looks to be in her 30s . She was standing facing me . I DIDNT run her down to ask a question . SHE WAS standing right in front of the menu . She made eye contact so i thought she was open to questions . The rudest thing ive ever encountered in a restaurant atmosphere . They simply dont want military people or any of the type there believe that . Simply unbelievable . Just be nice u rude Bit*h . If my wife was there she wouldn't had a little more to say to ur rude as* . To all the other employees im sorry for the outbursts, im a nice guy. I tip well. I eat next door twice aweek ive never had a issue. I WILL NEVER SPEND A DOLLAR OF MY MONEY AT ANY STARBUCKS UNTILL SHES FIRED .

A few years ago used to be my favorite coffee spot. Right now, not so much! I can’t even order ahead because the drive thru line is absurdly long and the lobby is always close. Staff used to be admirable! However now, I can’t say the same. I’m not sure if the lady that’s there all the time is the manager or not, but she acts like it, I might have seen her name tag is Visha, possibly. Anyhow, she’s rude, and gives the worst customer service possible. I haven’t been back since my last awful experience.
