“My husband and I came for lunch. The location was very clean and love the decor. Our server was great and very patient with us since we had never been there before. We ordered the Rhode Island Calamari for our appetizer. I did like the peppers it was served with. Gave it the something it was missing. Then Salmon burgers with fries as our main. Let me tell you what...that salmon burger was amazing! I could only eat half of it. But when I ate the rest for dinner that night I ate it cold and it was even better. We will be back for sure.”

“Klavons in Jackson has the nicest and most caring staff and management. Our car broke down in the parking lot and while we figured out what to do we ate inside. The food was delicious and the staff very friendly. My daughter was feeling unwell so we were sitting outside figuring out what to do and a member of the staff getting on shift brought us all ice water to stay cool. She also offered for us to sit in the lobby in the ac. Soon after, the manager and his son came out to check on us. He told us to come inside and get the kids out of the heat and we were welcome to stay until we get situated and get a ride. The staff got us a table and checked in on us often. I highly recommend this place not only for the delicious food, but for the genuine care of the staff. A million thank yous again to the Jackson staff for your hospitality!”

All, including the entree showed great care, and the tastes, and food quantities were beyond expectations. The only negative was that this place is a bit loud. Other than that, enjoy your meals.”

“What a great lunch spot his turned out to be! This small, old-school dining spot was nothing fancy…but the counter-only seating within the place brought forth visions of east coast diners. The staff all were incredibly friendly / busy / working incredibly hard. The menu is basic….a couple of options outside of a burger…but, yes, some great burger options! Nothing healthy here at all, lol…but the burgers were fantastic, and reasonably priced. The small lot and place fills up quickly during lunch, so plan on getting there early during lunch, or you’ll have a little bit of wait. This was a great find.”

We got there Roosters omelet and their Roosters Big Breakfast with raisins toast and sourdough toast.
Me the wife and grandsons love it as you can see in one of the picture grandson hands is already on top of it.
Menu have alot of options and by far best price I've seen around. Everything is no more the 12.99 and Big Portion.
The only things sucks was they forgot our Biscuits and Gravy but its ok we will definitely be back to try more things and really recommend this place if you haven't try it out yet you need to.”

“We stopped by Spad's Twisters after grabbing some Rocky Top BBQ and had a great little visit. There was a decent sized line when we showed up but they moved the line pretty quickly and we were able to order our ice cream and grab it pretty quickly compared to how busy they were. The girls were nice and helpful in explaining the options and differences between items on the menu. Pricing was pretty decent as well.”

“China King is (IMHO) the best Chinese restaurant in Jackson. The food is high quality with generous portions. Service is quick, friendly, and efficient. I live on the opposite side of town, and I passed two other Chinese restaurants on my way to China King.The food is well worth the drive. One caveat, I wouldn't say it has a good dining atmosphere. It is clean, but not set as a place I would take a friend to dine in.

“I ordered some Gluten Free dinner rolls for a gathering this evening. One lady raved about them. I had to try one for myself. It was the lightest, fluffiest, most delicious GF yeast roll I’ve ever had. If I hadn’t known that it was GF, I would never have believed it to be so. I highly recommend the GF rolls if you are Celiac or Intolerant- I have been told by the baker that they practice thorough and safe practices to prevent cross contamination.”

With me, it's clothes. we had breakfast and I hate to say how much the quality has gone down. you get plenty but it was terrible. my eggs were supposed to be over medium but one was over hard and the other was over easy, asked for crisp bacon one half crisp the other soft. Biscuits are not what they used to be, but gravy was great. I won't even start on my husbands. we don't complain due to what could happen in the back.”

“I visit here about once a week every month for work, the older bartender/ waitress has always been amazing very attentive and polite but this new girl that's only there a couple nights is typically rude and very inattentive, she's taken my food from me while I was still eating this week. It can take 20 minutes before I get a drink and theres only 3 people at the bar, she's always on her phone, sitting on the bar or vaping and hitting on some of the male guest. The foods always been great even when they run off yet another chef from the kitchen. Management doesn't seem to like the staff that's been there a long time and are always there smiling and welcoming to the guests. All in all and good place to eat and right on the main floor of the hotel”

“I came into parnall rd Biggby on Friday Jan 17 for my normal daily coffee, Lg iced Butter Bear with that extra shot exceptional as always. Today was amazing the staff member who is there everyday Shawna greeted me instantly when I arrived at the window as always with a smile on her face ready and willing to take on the day no matter what time it is. Between her with the exceptional service as always and the coffee being spot on every time I no longer go to any other locations this will forever be my home. This location has great customer service and quality drinks. I would definitely give a 5/5.”

I’ve heard good and negative things about Five Guys (the cost). Finally decided to try it for ourselves!
First- when coming in, the establishment was CLEAN (including the bathrooms!)
Next- we were greeted by the staff; and they were all very nice.
When taking our order- I told Teasa that this was our first time here. She explained the menu to me; and that anything with “Little”on it, was one patty.
The others were double patties.
Next, when our food arrived, we were very impressed! The fries were amazing, the burgers were excellent, and we had plenty to take home. We ordered the single, (“Little combo”)…and it was more than enough! Stop
I later spoke to the manager, Esther, who was also very pleasant and helpful!
I told her we were very happy with our meal and would be back. Before leaving, we had a Berry Shake. Also very good! (Saved some for later!)

Once he brought it back it was simply that a salad in a bag no silverware no dressing no croutons. I understand mistakes happen. That’s two in the same transaction. Common sense says to grab necessities for items ordered. I always tip decently hoping that the person(s) put in extra effort and they don’t. I went with the hot turkey, and honestly, it hit the spot. The turkey was tender and juicy like it had been slow-roasted, and the gravy was rich and poured on generously—just how I like it.
