I've eaten at Sakura nearly a dozen times now, and had a chance to sample a good portion of the menu. Still I find myself going back to the same few favorite dishes I can't get enough of. I switch back and forth between the phad thai and the yellow curry.It's just the right amount of authentic for Jackson. They give you forks by default, but have chopsticks if you ask for them. We eat here at least once a week. The sushi is consistently great. We have ordered the pad Thai, super crunch roll, northwest roll, yum-yum roll, and the super volcano roll. Each one is flavorful and delicious. The staff is warm and welcoming, even when they are busy. I highly recommend.
