The food is so good, nice big portions and not over seasoned. A gem for Jackson! The service is great and I especially liked their front desk staff, the manager is so kind and genuine. Breakfast was awesome! Dinner burgers are great tooKid-friendliness: Kids eat free all day so I didn’t have to buy kids meals.
This is clearly a very well run hotel. My family and I are currently staying here for a wedding in town, and I cannot say enough positive things about this Holiday Inn and the staff. James at the front desk is phenomenal! When we were checking in, he was tied up with a customer on the phone and a line formed. He handled it so well, professional and kind. Checkin and check out went smoothly. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a bit of noise randomly at 1am . The pool was small but appeared cleaned and cared for. They have a little umbrella like splash area for kids in there as well. I paid extra for the breakfast. Don’t it wasn’t worth.
