The staff were very friendly and the food was very good. The breakfast buffet is not free but very reasonable. Dinner was also well priced and kids ate free at both times.

The service was ok but there was only one person there. I felt bad for the lady so I didn't stay long. The food was mediocre. I could have gotten it cheaper somewhere else with the same quality. Also not a very large menu or variety.

Checkin and check out went smoothly. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a bit of noise randomly at 1am . The pool was small but appeared cleaned and cared for. They have a little umbrella like splash area for kids in there as well. I paid extra for the breakfast. Don’t it wasn’t worth. There was still 40 minutes left of breakfast and there was no waitress to be found and barely food outside of fruit. So i couldn’t have anything to drink (there is water in The lobby so i left tk fill my water) I was in a rush and couldn’t wait for a manager, maybe there was a large family that cleared out the food before we got there but it was a waste of $20 for me and my husband.

They had one waitress and one cook, and they were out of a lot of things, but it was great. ?

The food is so good, nice big portions and not over seasoned. A gem for Jackson! The service is great and I especially liked their front desk staff, the manager is so kind and genuine. Breakfast was awesome! Dinner burgers are great tooKid-friendliness: Kids eat free all day so I didn’t have to buy kids meals.

I stopped in Jackson for a night on a work trip. I stay in a hotel on average 10 nights out of each month. The hotel itself is rather typical for the brand. Staff members were friendly and professional upon check-in. Cleanliness was what is now norm post-Covid. The noise level inside the room, however, is just unbearable. I’m not a light sleeper but I was constantly jarred awake by people simply entering and leaving their rooms or having normal level conversations in the hallway. It sounded as though they were inside the room with me. I even turned on the AC when it was 43 degrees outside (heater wasn’t loud enough) in hopes of drowning out the noise and not even that was effective. White noise on my cell phone didn’t worth either. Sadly, I had a miserable nights sleep. As such, if you like to sleep, I’d suggest booking somewhere else or bringing a set of earplugs with you. Maybe the hotel should throw in free pairs upon arrival.
This is clearly a very well run hotel. My family and I are currently staying here for a wedding in town, and I cannot say enough positive things about this Holiday Inn and the staff. James at the front desk is phenomenal! When we were checking in, he was tied up with a customer on the phone and a line formed. He handled it so well, professional and kind. He also helped my sister switch into a different room type and went above and beyond! He is a new employee, but you'd never know it. I wish everyone in the hospitality industry could be as great as James! Actually, every staff member we encountered was incredibly helpful and friendly. I personally was staying in one of the King Jacuzzi rooms. It's great! It's larger Sq ft than a standard king, and I loved the layout. The bed/bedding is very comfortable! I usually don't sleep well in hotels and I actually had a great night's sleep. Overall I would absolutely stay at this hotel again in the future. I'm actually disappointed we have to leave in the morning. Thank you for being such a great example of what the hospitality industry should really be like.

So slow. Over 20min for a salad and there was only two other people - and they were sitting at the bar. $5-6 beers, $10-$16 salads.
