“We had friendly, quick service and the food was good too. Loved the rooster decor everywhere. But if you're looking for cheese fries, know that this is shredded cheese melted on top! Our waitress was great and told us right away but I have yet to find a good "Detroit style coney" in the area so if you're looking for that too, this is not it.

“Overall experience has been very good, great food and excellent service with a cool vibe. We've visited several times for dinner, drinks and appetizers. It's amazing what they can do with such a small kitchen space. Prices are reasonable. Burgers and sandwiches and salads are our go to items. A note; I recommend the owner/manager try the lake perch for quality control (it was on special one day we were there). It lacks flavor, breading was more prevalent than the fish and was not something we'd order again. I consider it a one off because everything else has been on point.“

“Took my elderly father in law there for his first time. He's on his 90s and rarely eats much. I ordered both of us a two piece fish (*Cod) diner which came with their version of tarter sauce (delicious), Coleslaw,choice of potato (mashed v fries and a roll with the cold butter sealed cube warming under the fish. I showed him how to dip his fork into the tarter sauce before he took a piece of cod. I couldn't believe it. HE ATE EVERYTHING!!! He also ate more than I. Now. I've taken him food from them before. However, since we live so far away, it was barely warm. Not this time, though. Great experience with him. Great food for the memory.

Parking: The handicapped spots seem to be a little off. I found a closer spot for him in the non handicapped zone.“

“The food was very good on my plate but I wouldn’t recommend the Biscuit Sandwich. My wife order the Biscuit Sandwich and all it was, was a biscuit with a piece of bacon. Next time she has a hankering for one I’ll take her to Burger King.“

“My husband & I found this gem a few years ago. We've always had wonderful meals & this recent stop was no different. Salad bar is filled & fresh! My salmon & my hubby's Prime rib were cooked to perfection. Faye's baking expertise rivals the Great British Baking Show contestants! Her desserts are amazing!

“The mac and cheese was awesome, especially with the pulled pork. It was the perfect combo of salty and greasy. My sister had high praise for the sweet potato fries.

The only issue I’ve ever had here was I placed an online order once and when I arrived the internet was down so they had no physical record of my order, but they accepted my email receipt as proof and were able to get me my food either way and within 10 minutes tops. “Love Texas Roadhouse but there were some inconsistencies tonight with the food and the music was quite loud. The rolls were a bit overcooked, my fries came out after the steak and they were under-cooked and under-seasoned, while my husband’s fries were a bit overcooked. The steaks & salad were very good as usual, and our waitress was very attentive and kind. We’re not ones to send food back unless it’s raw and perhaps it was an off-night because of how busy it was…“

“We were out on the road in Michigan. We were looking for a Bob Evans and went a little out of our way and also ate a little later so we could be at a Bob Evans. I know they have a number of locations across that area but we’ve never had a bad experience at a Bob Evans. Great food, service and atmosphere. Wish they were in North Texas.“

“Brass Rail has new ownership which is phenomenal and the majority of the bar staff is great. There is one bar maid that believes because she is well endowed that she can speak to older people and females any which way. They need to get rid of her and it would be completely 5 stars.“

“My husband had the turkey meal which was good as always. I had the new Garlic Lemon Chicken which is absolutely delicious. I hope it stays on the menu . This meal option is new this year and sure hope they keep it. I've had it 4 times now and it's been delicious everything but once . I had it delivered one of the times and that day , it was not so great. I think it was a different cook that day or something cause it just wasn't the same. The staff are most all the time , great. Our last trip was a little different, as everyone working seemed to not be really tuned in to the customers but it was still a good visit overall.“
