I used a gift card for $25 and my balance was $27. But they took $38 out of my account. The waitress was the one who did our tab on the tablet thing on the table. I feel like she tipped herself. But I also left a $10 cash tip. So I ended up leaving over a $20 tip for lunch. Not cool!
My husband ordered a margarita with salt, but was instead served a Long Island Iced Tea with salt. When our waitress returned to the table, we politely informed her of the mistake, and she took the drink away. A few minutes later, the manager on duty brought the same drink back to our table and informed us that alcohol could not be returned and that we would be charged for it.
