Great night cheering on the Lions with everyone 💙🏈 Food was great!
Good food. Good service.
This place was loud and freezing cold. We're an older couple who had never eaten at BWW before, so our server patiently spent a lot of time helping us figure out what to order, since we can't eat the normally enormous portions served in American restaurants. The food was not especially good, but at least we had something in our stomachs before continuing our trip through Michigan. Won't eat there again.

Buffalo Wild Wings in Jackson offers a great atmosphere with friendly staff. The service is mostly good, with some staff providing a positive dining experience, even if there are times when it seems like they may not be fully engaged. The wings can be hit or miss in terms of quality, but the overall experience remains enjoyable. Guests often share meals, such as 20 boneless wings with sides, which provide a great price per person. The restaurant is kid-friendly for sports enthusiasts, although the noise level may not be suitable for all children. Fresh ingredients are a highlight, with items like celery served with wings being notably fresh. Buffalo Wild Wings focuses on customer satisfaction and attentive service, offering a welcoming environment for guests to enjoy a meal and a game. Even when issues arise, the management is responsive and works to make things right, ensuring a good experience for all.
