Went to bob evans tonight and like other places they were under staffed

Absolutely the best biscuits anywhere.
We recently visited this location and had a largely positive experience, though one major detail missed the mark. Overall, the food was quite good and clearly prepared with care, satisfying everyone at the table. However, the breakfast fell short when it came to the bacon side dish. To put it mildly, the strips were incredibly overcooked and hard enough to break a plate.
