“I don't have anything really negative to say regarding this establishment. Just that it's not a five star level restaurant but doesn't mean that you can't have a five star experience. Wong who runs the establishment is actually a pretty great guy and his family really strives to make sure everyone has a good experience. The food is nothing crazy but isn't bad either.“

“I love Shady’s and the food is good but sometimes it is inconsistent! I really love the salmon ceasar wrap, the menu says it comes with tomatoes and I love tomatoes, but every time I order it and don’t specifically ask for them it comes without. However, every time I ask “is it supposed to come with tomatoes? I definitely want them!” I’m always assured that it “has always come with tomatoes!” Yet every time I forget to ask it doesn’t. Also it weirdly came baked when I ordered it tonight which made the lettuce hot and slimy. It’s never come out to me that way before.“
“What a great little cafe!This is a Mom & Pop establishment. It seems like the whole family is involved.The service is fantastic. They only have 5-6 tables. Tables, chairs, and benches lining the wall.Our table rocked because the floor is uneven. Nothing that little wedge couldn't fix.None of this will matter to you after you see how good the food is. Everything is made from scratch. “Was in Jackson for a film shoot, or else I’d find myself here on the regular. Nice retro drive in environment with a constant rotation of cars. Their coney dog was good, but on my second visit I took my chances on an Olive Burger and was not disappointed! Really good classic burgers, dogs, and awesome onion rings… don’t forget to ask for the ring sauce. Their root beer is nice and creamy, especially as a float!“
“Food was good, would've been better if it was hot. My fries and sandwich were cold and so were the pancakes and hash browns. They were busy and only 1 girl running her butt off so I will definitely be back because the food was good. They were just having an off day. Small place so it fills up fast. They also have a small wrap around bar area with seating.“

“It's always wonderful to find a great place to comfortably share a meal and socialize. We enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere. Everyone loved the cheese curds. I had Sarge's Catch and the perch was perfectly lightly breaded. I traded the fries for sweet potato fries and they were amazing. Never before have I had SPF with the skins on and they were delicious. The rest of our party ordered burgers and enjoyed them with "healthy portions" of fries or house made chips (YUM!) “The service was great! The food was delicious! I had the reuben. There was definitely no shortage of meat on the sandwich. The chicken strips were huge. The chicken was juicy, not dry. They don't scrimp on the fries either. The burgers were huge and delicious. The jumbo shrimp lived up to its name and was delicious. We had a group of 8. The server didn't even use a paper to write our order. He remembered everything! We got our food rather quick. The cook did forget to drop one of the chicken strip orders, but they got it out there pretty quick after they apologized.“
“This is a good local haunt. The people are fun and the karaoke is great. The food is good and the drinks are good. The issues are I got water once and it tasted funny and now im scared. The service is usually slow and if you go for drinks later, you must go to the bar and they act like you’re inconveniencing them. They really need some nicer staff. The place looks like an old local bar inside. Seems clean, you can see the kitchen, it always looks clean. The bathrooms are tiny but again, very clean.“
“We went to see a band that we know, play there. The inside is very nice, but they need to change their seating to smaller tables. Also, people like to be comfortable. Padded chairs would be nice.The band was way too loud for that place. The acoustics in the room are really bad.All in all, the food and service were great.“
“Very disappointed after liking it so well. My spouse, nephew and myself, came for a quick drink meal n appetizer. Waitress came to table fairly quick and we gave her our drink order and tried ordering 3 pretzels and 3 nacho salads. She said she couldn't take our food order because she had to do drink order 1st and give him a "ticket for the order" she finally comes back to take the order we already gave her. About 10 min later she brings 1 pretzel with cheese, goes back to kitchen about 5min later brings next pretzel and did the same thing with our meal so basically we couldn't eat together. “I like artesian wells tavern i meet a friend there half way fir both of us. And you never know what kinda neat specials they have we had tater tots with chili and cheese it was good then tater tots with corn beef sauerkraut cheese and thousand island so much 2 choose from. We try 2 set in a booth which i like comfortable place very spacious“

“We always enjoy dinner at Napoleon Cafe. It’s a 45 minute drive but it gets us away from chain restaurants, fast food, pizza and bar food. Great variety. Dessert is so good. Always friendly locals. It’s so easy for my handicapped husband to get in and out. Prices are reasonable. I go for the specials. He goes for anything beef.Parking: Parking is right up to the building. No curbs for wheelchairs or walkers to encounter.“
“Came in on a busy Saturday night in a party of 2. We were sat immediately after being given a lovely tour of the place (my fiance had never been here). We ordered the stacked meatloaf and honestly it was amazing! May be one of my favorite dishes in the area! They just happened to have a DJ tonight and over all vibe of this place is nalstalgic and happy. Definitely coming back.“
