“Lead some friends on a backroad motorcycle ride over the weekend with Klavon"s as the dining destination because our first visit was great. I requested patio seating and were quickly seated. The waitress was quick to the tables and took our drink orders. When she returned the Artichoke spread with bread & the Cheesy Bread appetizers were ordered along with the Chicago Stuffed pizza. The appetizers arrived in short order and both were delicious. The Pizza was taking a bit longer when the Manager came out to say the pizza was made incorrectly with Alfredo sauce and offered it to us at no charge or we could wait for a new on to be made. Since rainy weather was in the near future we opted to try something new and went with the one currently made. The pizza was delicious and truth be told, when we visit again we will probably order pizza the same way.The waitress was absolutely wonderful and attentive without being too much.“

“I have been to La Esquina four or five times now and am never disappointed. The food is the best in Jackson. In fact, I haven’t had better Mexican food anywhere. The tortilla chips are crisp and the salsa is fresh. The restaurant is clean, quaint, and comfortable. Even the restroom was immaculate. The service has been friendly and engaging every time I have been in. My favorite dish is the La Esquina burrito. I strongly recommend it! If you haven’t tried this place, you are missing out!“

“It's just like eating at home, but better because you don't have to do the dishes. The kind of place you would expect to find on the side of the highway feeding truck drivers.Snarky menus under a plastic shield on each table, so no waiting to get one from a host.Self-seating, big portions, parking in the rear, and you can enter through the back door to head through the kitchen if you want to feel like a local.

“My husband, our 5 young children, and I ate at La Catrina last evening. I was very pleased with the variety and value of the kids' menu. We also noticed that the menu at the restaurant was more extensive than what is listed online. My husband and I both ordered specialty soft shell tacos- OMG- The portions were HUGE and the food was so flavorful. We have visited 4 other Mexican Restaurants in the area over the last year, and this place is the #1 on our list now. We also loved the atmosphere and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will be back.“

“Always please with quality and quantity..The only disappointment is my favorite dish is pork and mushroom in which the pork has changed from a couple years ago..it's definitely not top teir..more like other places now Still not bad. Very good Crab Rangoon.“

“My friend and I were there yesterday, Aug.14th 2023. We didn't even think to look at what time they closed, ( at 3) and we were there well past 3:30. Our server was so nice. She never mentioned their closing time and never made us feel like we should hurry our meals or conversation. She nonchalantly put up the closed sign and did her work to close up for the day. We didn't get her name. Long blonde hair pulled back and she wore glasses. Thank you so much for your kindness. My friend and I were very impressed.“

“Incredible food and staff“

“Had an excellent time here. The chef was one of the better Hibachi chefs I've seen and was super enthusiastic. I only knocked down a star because the chicken and vegetables came with teriyaki on them which was nowhere on the menu and I would have preferred them without. Otherwise awesome.“

“Roosters has some delicious food.I had the Greek chicken pita while my girls had breakfast. Wait staff was super friendly.Vegetarian options: They have salads, veggies pitas and veggies omletes that are delicious!!Kid-friendliness: Servers are super nice to the kids. My granddaughter loved her Mickey mouse pancake.Wheelchair accessibility: The front entrance is nice and wide. There are tables that can easily have a wheelchair pushed to it. Roosters was my uncle Josh's favorite place to go and he was wheel chair bound. The owner would always come out and say hello and make him feel welcomed.“

“There are few places my Granddaughter insists on going to for our Saturday breakfast dates, but Blue Moon is by far her favorite and we go often. The staff and food is awesome. I always get the same thing but she is more adventurous and tries something different. Recommend this as a 10 out of 10!“

“It has been years since we ate at a Texas Roadhouse since we do not have any near where we live. On a recent trip to Michigan, we were invited to meet at the Texas Roadhouse and Wow! We ordered a bone-in ribeye from their meat case, and it was cooked to perfection and so delicious. The other guests had a boneless ribeye, sirloin, and a filet, and they all said their steaks were perfect. We will definitely seek out more Texas Roadhouses while traveling.“

“Quite literally my favorite Chinese place. Egg rolls are hit and miss but the ragoons, rice noodles and General Saos chicken is amazing. Take out only I think and definitely a hole in the wall type but delicious food!

“I love going here. The atmosphere is fun and energizing, and the service is ALWAYS above par.I always get the fish plate. It's pollock, not as good as Cod, but it's still delicious. However, the last time I went, it just didn't taste the same. And it was all in the batter. I don't know, like the grease was old?? It was a little bit chewey.And I didn't replace it because I didn't think it would make any difference.But I'll still eat here because the atmosphere and service are so phenomenal.“

“Oh my gosh I just love this place! The food here is literally always quality and the staff is amazing. The only issue I’ve ever had here was I placed an online order once and when I arrived the internet was down so they had no physical record of my order, but they accepted my email receipt as proof and were able to get me my food either way and within 10 minutes tops. I will recommend this place to any and everyone for any meal time every time.“

“What a lovely dining experience in Jackson. After viewing the large picture out front and on the front of the menu, I had to get the fried chicken with mac n cheese and green beans. It was great and perhaps only exceeded by the kind hospitality of the staff.“

“The food and service is good.We visited about a month ago and one of the spotlights in the front entryway was blinking, like it needed to be changed. It was still blinking when we visited again. Epileptics and people prone to seizures are likely to be set off by blinking lights. They should not have to face them in the entryway of an established restaurant.

The dishes is containing chicken tasted very over cooked and spoiled same with the broccoli, The tomatoes in the salad bar where shriveled up and slimy. And now I am faced with the realization that I probably will end up with food poisoning in the next 24 hours do not recommend.“
