Could not place my order by phone as it just kept ringing every time I tried to call the restaurant, had to place my order online. Went in to pick up my pizza and advised I couldn't get through by phone and they replied that they already knew and that is normal for them. Pizza was average.
Ordered on 09/08/23 through door dash and could not switch out my sauce through them and was instructed to call. My call was ignored for over 25 minutes so I called my door dash driver who reluctantly answered and agreed to put in my request for the sauce on my pizza to be changed. They changed nothing and made it however they wanted. That's not good customer service after all I went through to get in touch with the store.
