Hungry Howie's Pizza offers a mixed dining experience. While some customers praise the restaurant's fresh, hot, and delicious food, as well as the kind and professional employees, others have encountered issues with the ordering process. The quality of the food seems to be the highlight, but the restaurant could improve its customer service and order handling processes.
The restaurant has received positive reviews for its $20 meal deal, with customers describing the food as delicious, hot, and made as requested. The staff has been praised for their attentiveness, remembering special requests, and providing friendly service. However, some customers have reported difficulties with the ordering process, particularly when it comes to substitutions or customizations.
Overall, Hungry Howie's Pizza provides a satisfactory dining experience, with the food being the primary draw. While the restaurant could benefit from improvements in its customer service and order handling, it continues to serve its customers with a mix of positive and negative experiences.
