Today I was picking up a large order that was placed yesterday on the app but not communicated to the team in the store until today.
At first I was told my order could partially be filled and I would be refunded the remainder. I was referred to the Manager and she handled it professionally and resolved it to perfection.
It must be difficult for the team working in the store to deal with this type of issue on a regular basis.

Coffee was good
You really have to check the labels on your drink cups. I've gone through the drive through a few times and ordered a DECAF iced coffee with sweetener. They have gotten something wrong. Either they have given me regular sugar or they have given me regular coffee. Although everything tastes good, I'm very sensitive to caffeine and it messes with my heart, and I am diabetic so I'm not supposed to have the sugar.
