“Not impressed with the pizza , the kids didn't even like it . I felt like I didn't have to worry about my kids running out the door, four kids under 8 yrs old ( mom relief for safety) open space to see all play areas and the door by the entrance was a half door buzz in so totally a plus , and all my kids loved playing there they didn't want to leave. They have dress up village areas, climbing obstacles, tea cup spinning chairs, my oldest two kids called it the best day ever. So this mom was pleased ?.“

They have an awesome selection of flavors and include flavor-specific ice cubes in their iced coffee, so your coffee doesn't get watered-down when the ice melts. Hands down the best coffee shop in Jackson.“
“I got lattes made this morning for my husband and I by a sweet girl with a bright personality that pairs PERFECTLY with our hinkley's donuts. Their coffee never tastes burnt and trying a latte today was a great idea to go with a swert treat. Every sip even after a bite of donut tastes the same as when I got it. Well made exactly what I needed to start my day off!“
“I ate at a Sam's club for the first time ever when I tagged along with someone who had a membership and wanted to do some shopping.They basically only offered pizza, pretzels and (jumbo) hotdogs. However a massive slice of pizza or a quarter pound hotdog and a drink for less than $4.00 you can't meet that.As a negative all the tables were filthy as they were short staffed.“
“I have been to this location no less than 40 times total in the 2 months I've been in n Jackson working from out of town. This location has NEVER had one thing I can fault.The service is always fast, friendly, and accurate. I've been to this location at various times throughout the day, both inside and through the drive thru, and no matter who is working, the service is excellent!The restaurant, and not importantly, behind the counter is always clean, and organized. The coffee doesn't have that horrid "burnt" taste that other chains are none for. Their bagels or "bragels" more specifically are so good!I appreciate the service they offer, the great food and drinks, and will definitely miss this when I head back home to Texas. This is one place I will always stop at anytime I'm back in the area.“
“My only real complaint is that I can order the same thing at any of the Bigby places here in town and the price can be different at each one. I can understand possibly being different state to state but these are all in the same city and can vary by $2 for same drink. Frustrating.“
“We always enjoy dinner at Napoleon Cafe. It’s a 45 minute drive but it gets us away from chain restaurants, fast food, pizza and bar food. Great variety. Dessert is so good. Always friendly locals. It’s so easy for my handicapped husband to get in and out. Prices are reasonable. I go for the specials. He goes for anything beef.Parking: Parking is right up to the building. No curbs for wheelchairs or walkers to encounter.“
“Stopped in as I was passing through town. I often deliver in Jackson, Mi. I will say. I travel quite a bit and this is one of the best breakfasts I’ve had. Everything was extremely fresh!
