“Heather did an amazing job with our wedding desserts! She was very professional, responsive, and kind. The cake was beautifully decorated, and all of the desserts (cake, cupcakes, and pies) were fantastic! All of the guests were obsessed with them! I would recommend her to anybody!”

“Great food and great workers!”

“I’m so happy I heard about this place. I recently moved to the area and there are not a lot of good restaurants like where I came from. Best Chinese food I have had in a long time. The owners agreed to make my order as I requested (different than the menu item) and it was delicious! Thank you!”

“We stop by the Michigan Center Dairy Queen often because they make the best turtle blizzards and chocolate dipped cones! And sometimes we then go over to watch the ducks near the dam in this small town of our happy memories. : )”

“greatest burger in Jackson”

“Staff is very friendly and they always have hot and fresh food. Food is is done when it is expected. Not a fan of their square pizza. They do load up the toppings.”

“Page 1 Bar (P1B), A friendly bar with local appeal. Karaoke Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. It's not a place for dinner, but if you sing, the weekend is for you here.”

“Been to the Ganson St Store for lunch. Coney's were great the onions Rings were delicious and my waitress was fantastic in both times I was there for lunch. Both was April 2024”

“excellent service, servers are always friendly 🙂”

“Friendly and quick service. Bathrooms inside were clean. Lobby was spacious and tidy. I like Subway's that dont share a space in a gas station.
Those working were quick and patient while I tended to 2 kids as I ordered.
Ordere 2 footlongs, 4 cookies, and bag of chips. Wish Subway provided better fruit side options.”

“I went through the drive through and got the wrong order, this is not the first time this has happened to me, I'm thinking I need to stop going there .”

“Klavons in Jackson has the nicest and most caring staff and management. Our car broke down in the parking lot and while we figured out what to do we ate inside. The food was delicious and the staff very friendly. My daughter was feeling unwell so we were sitting outside figuring out what to do and a member of the staff getting on shift brought us all ice water to stay cool. She also offered for us to sit in the lobby in the ac. Soon after, the manager and his son came out to check on us. He told us to come inside and get the kids out of the heat and we were welcome to stay until we get situated and get a ride. The staff got us a table and checked in on us often. I highly recommend this place not only for the delicious food, but for the genuine care of the staff. A million thank yous again to the Jackson staff for your hospitality!”

“Awesome old town flare excellent baked goods”

“the pancakes are amazing and there so nice i recommend to go”

“Hands down best burger and fries I have ever eaten. We eat there A LOT! The prices are great, the owners & servers are extremely friendly. Always letting me know what and when the next special will be. Expanding their restaurant would be amazing, I’m certain that if they did it would still be just as busy! I love their rewards program, since we eat there quite a bit, we’ve saved on our bill several times. #loyalcustomer”

“Staff was friendly and I had the best burger I’ve had in a long time!”

“our favorite pup-friendly coffee shop!”

“Best Mexican El Pastor tacos! Service was excellent. Good atmosphere. Everyone loved the food!”

“The best Mexican breakfast hands down!”

“Delicious food. Amazing staff. The hummus is so good and the fresh pita is the best. Seasonal soups are always spot on.”

“Took my mom in for dinner, we were looking through old pictures and tearing up the entire time. My mom is really talkative and can come off needy and such but she was in the industry for 30 years and myself have been for 8. I just want to share how amazing our server makenna** was. We were a bit needy and my mom over shared but our server made us feel at home. Best service hands down, she is a rock star and deserves all of the props. Get it girl”

“Great team off people! food is always amazing.. steak and shrimp my favorite.. today I was there and was greeted by the manager on mother's day with a beautiful red rose 🌹. Never disappointed .. everyone is great. thanks for doing a great job Team!!!”

“Everything. And, you can take my word for it. Period. You better run, not walk to this gem, or else.”

“Amazing food, my favorite place for hot dogs. Get the SWISS dog and for the kiddos MACAWEENY. The fries are the best and a pound of them will be enough for 2-3 people. I only gave a 4 star for service because sometimes wait times can be a little longer. The staff are amazing and even when busy, treat you with kindness.”

“I have yet to have a party there for my grandchildren. But will be planning one this summer. I have been there once, was impressed with the whole place. Looking forward to this summer”

“tried this place for the first time yesterday and everything was great. customer service, the drinks and the food was all so great. will definitely be coming back and recommending to friends.”

“We ordered from there for our first time today. We decided on many items to try. From 2 specialty pizzas, apple caramel dessert, bread sticks, wings, grinder and salad. I will say it was all delicious and will definitely order again. Customer service was top notch! Price was definitely a bonus!”

“New to town, our first time checking out Oak and Iron, and we had a blast! Our server Mo made sure we were well taken care of, and the food was PHENOMENAL. Best fries I’ve ever had, hands down, the cheesesteak was amazing too. I think we found our new favorite spot in downtown Jackson.”

“Absolutely the best in flavor and beautifully done. Lemon Cake and mini fruit tarts, absolutely exceeded in every way. Will be using The Blue Julep for all our special occasions and celebrations.”
