“Friendly and quick service. Bathrooms inside were clean. Lobby was spacious and tidy. I like Subway's that dont share a space in a gas station.
Those working were quick and patient while I tended to 2 kids as I ordered.
Ordere 2 footlongs, 4 cookies, and bag of chips. Wish Subway provided better fruit side options.”

“Klavons in Jackson has the nicest and most caring staff and management. Our car broke down in the parking lot and while we figured out what to do we ate inside. The food was delicious and the staff very friendly. My daughter was feeling unwell so we were sitting outside figuring out what to do and a member of the staff getting on shift brought us all ice water to stay cool. She also offered for us to sit in the lobby in the ac. Soon after, the manager and his son came out to check on us. He told us to come inside and get the kids out of the heat and we were welcome to stay until we get situated and get a ride. The staff got us a table and checked in on us often. I highly recommend this place not only for the delicious food, but for the genuine care of the staff. A million thank yous again to the Jackson staff for your hospitality!”

My mom is really talkative and can come off needy and such but she was in the industry for 30 years and myself have been for 8. I just want to share how amazing our server makenna** was. “My husband and I came for lunch. The location was very clean and love the decor. Our server was great and very patient with us since we had never been there before. We ordered the Rhode Island Calamari for our appetizer. I did like the peppers it was served with. Gave it the something it was missing. Then Salmon burgers with fries as our main. Let me tell you what...that salmon burger was amazing! I could only eat half of it. But when I ate the rest for dinner that night I ate it cold and it was even better. We will be back for sure.”
