“I found this amazing cake artist all the way from Alabama!! You heard me right! I could NOT have asked for more!! I had a vision and a little inspiration but it was COMPLETELY brought to life. The communication was outstanding throughout the entire process! The best part, upon delivery they even helped me send some humor to my best friend from over 600 miles away!! This cake was JAW DROPPING. And my bestie was singing the praises of both the artistry AND taste/flavor. All around an INCREDIBLE experience with WONDERFUL person to celebrate the best person I know! 🩶✨👏”

“Klavons in Jackson has the nicest and most caring staff and management. Our car broke down in the parking lot and while we figured out what to do we ate inside. The food was delicious and the staff very friendly. My daughter was feeling unwell so we were sitting outside figuring out what to do and a member of the staff getting on shift brought us all ice water to stay cool. She also offered for us to sit in the lobby in the ac. Soon after, the manager and his son came out to check on us. He told us to come inside and get the kids out of the heat and we were welcome to stay until we get situated and get a ride. The staff got us a table and checked in on us often. I highly recommend this place not only for the delicious food, but for the genuine care of the staff. A million thank yous again to the Jackson staff for your hospitality!”

Always letting me know what and when the next special will be. Expanding their restaurant would be amazing, I’m certain that if they did it would still be just as busy! “If you’re looking for that real smoky BBQ flavor, Randy’s Roadside BBQ is it. Everything had that rich, slow-smoked taste that just melts in your mouth, honestly so good. You can tell they put a lot of care into what they do. But what made it even better was the people. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and the customer service was truly top-notch. It felt like more than just grabbing food. it felt like being taken care of. Being a southerner, it felt like home. Definitely one of those spots you’ll keep thinking about after you leave and can’t wait to go back to”

“The atmosphere is wonderful! You can sit down and relax, read a book, meet with friends, have a business meeting, etc. and it’s the perfect spot. It is decorated so beautifully and the toasted marshmallow latte is 10 stars! It was also busy when I was in, as the Brokerage House happened to be in and buying drinks for everyone - and the staff was exceptional. So courteous and quick!”
