My husband tried some he bought at Polly's and made sushi with the rainbow trout and said it was some of the best fish he's had. He is excited to buy in person next time.
picked up 6 fillets during their Thurs 1- 6pm public sale and they are fantastically delicious. Can't wait til next Thurs to get some more. 2 fillets side by side fill a dinner plate. Definitely worth the money.
