Placed an order on line at 4:35. We were told it would be ready by 4:40. We got our two coffees at 5:07. And one of the coffees was only 2/3rds full. Order that were placed at 5 were handed out before ours.

don’t recommend coming in when the manager is in the store. it seems like when the manager is there, things don’t run as smoothly, otherwise, great service when she’s not there!

Busy location. 3 on staff primarily serving drive thru. My walk-in order of two small coffee - one with milk and the other with oat milk was screwed up. Reminded me all the reasons to avoid Starbucks nowadays,

I want to speak of my observations and comments that have been made from employees from Starbucks particularly the Starbucks on Zeeb Rd and the incompetent manager Heather. When the manager Tim was there the employees worked well together. Tim knew how to manage and how to teach employees their jobs. Heather on the other hand doesn’t even know how to make Starbucks drinks so she is unable to help when staff is shorthanded. Everyone knows Starbucks is all about the drinks. On one particular night she chose to close the store early at 5 pm instead of the normal closing hour of 8:30 pm due to a personal issue with one of her employees. The district manager Mae came in and together they chose to close the store due to “too much negativity”. No warning to the patrons, no note on the door stating the store was closed that they would not be able to get their Starbucks that night. I would suspect that is against corporate policy to just close a store because the manager Heather has a personal issue with an employee.Since Heather started “managing” the Starbucks on Zeeb Rd she has been targeting certain long term employees to either get them to quit (which several have because they are not allowed to transfer to a different Starbucks) Employees who loved their job at Starbucks have been forced to make a choice to leave on their own or wait for Heather to find anything she can on an employee to get them fired. One has already recently been fired because Heather thought this employee said something negative about her. Another has a “case” brought against her from Heather due to lateness which Heather has gone back months to document the tardiness instead of at the time it happened. Another has a case against her for the same reason. When I met Heather for the first time as a customer she was extremely indifferent and was taking up a seat in the lobby on her laptop maybe she was working on a Starbucks project she sure wasn’t managing. You would think as an older woman Heather would want to mentor these young women instead it appears she gets joy out of breaking their spirit. I do believe an investigation needs to made against Heather for targeting her longest and hardest working employees.

Literally one of the slowest starbucks ever... I've waited 30 minutes in shop after placing a mobile order 20 minutes before arriving. I've never experienced a mobile order here that was actually ready at the estimated pick up time.

Out of cold brew and nitro. When you’re out of your main product that 90% of people are there to buy, at least don’t act like we’re crazy for being irritated that you don’t have it.

Asked for a bagel with butter on it. Got outside and inside the bag were two hard butter patties and an almost cold bagel. What a waste of time and money to go here.

If I just need a regular coffee, I always order at with counter because they get it right away and it’s hot. Well I stood at the counter waiting to order for several minutes while some staff stood around talking and some worked. I was not greeted or told it would be a moment and they looked at me and ignored me. I had to ask for help - the staff didn’t even say hello or sorry for the wait. She just took my order and grabbed my coffee. Worst cold shoulder service ever. The counters were all dirty and the cup of coffee ended up being luke warm. This isn’t the first time we’ve had bad service here, it’s pretty consistently bad.

This location is very busy, and staff seems to have no sense of urgency. Received notification that my mobile order was ready (est time was 15-18 mins), but only part of the order was ready. Had to wait an additional 5-8 minutes for last drink to be made. Also, I ordered a venti white peppermint mocha iced coffee and received regular peppermint mocha iced coffee. Did not have time to wait to have the drink to be remade since we were late for an event we had to be at due to it taking 25 mins to make the first drinks.
