“Visited the new Starbucks on Gratiot Avenue in Clinton Township, Michigan. The cleanliness and spacious layout caught my attention, though it felt a bit isolated compared to typical Starbucks vibes. Despite that, the design was pleasing and the staff were exceptionally friendly. They seemed well-stocked, although the oddly shaped 'eggs' in the cooler raised some eyebrows. Overall, a nice spot to visit, but maybe skip the eggs!“
“I came to this Starbucks to get an ice grande chai. Also got a coffee mug for my collection. I sat down and enjoyed my coffee - 20 min later I went back to my van to work on my phone. I went back inside like an hour later and the gentleman that works there ( tall, white, curly hair, with a big smile said “ oh you came back for your mug?” I had left the bag in there and they kept it. I ordered another chai with espresso and it was perfect! What I loved about this place was the staff super nice and my drink was perfect Thank you - I love the east coast ppl! 💪🏼🥰🫶🏼🌟💜💙🩵💚❤️🩷“

“I come to this Starbucks specifically because I personally hate drive thrus and would rather walk into somewhere (perks to get a few extra steps in for the day) but also this is my go to Starbucks solely based on the staff. Over the years I’ve always been treated nicely, quickly & with quality products. Never had a coffee that’s “off” or incorrect. Crystal is the sweetest & always friendly/helpful when I don’t know what to pick :) shout out to the manager Paul also!“
“I went through the drive-thru earlier and Lydia was the one helping me—she was honestly great. Super friendly right from the start and just had a really good attitude, which you don’t always get these days.
Even though it seemed busy, she didn’t rush me and made sure my order was right. She actually took a second to double check everything and was just really easy to talk to. It made the whole experience way better than a typical drive-thru run.
You can tell she actually cares about doing a good job and treating people well. Definitely stood out.“
