One barista is noted for quickly and seamlessly solving an ordering error with a smile. The frappe is made perfect, though customers should ask for very light ice and substitute with heavy cream due to the typical ice use. The location can be busy, especially for drive-thru mobile orders, which may result in a wait and a melted drink; however, the staff will remake it without hesitation. While sometimes a little short on pup cups, this newer Starbucks on Hall Road has friendly staff and great coffee. It is a really good Starbucks that customers are happy to spend their money and time at.
