Went through the drive-thru to order a very complicated chicken burrito because I'm really pick, and the person in drive thru made sure I got exactly what I wanted and was really patient with me. I don't expect this experience from anyone in fast food but they went above and beyond yesterday and I'm very thankful for them. No wonder why this is still my go to Taco Bell even though I live in Harrison township.
I came through the drive through 2/21/24 around 7:30 pm and just want to say how KIND the people working tonight were! Thank you for just being so nice it really makes a difference for some people :)
