I came through the drive thru ordered 2 chicken littles, which was $7, and some change. As I was waiting in line and looking through the app, I noticed for a dollar more I could get a pop added. Would be dumb not too, right? Communicated that with the attendant and was told we're too busy to change that now. Too busy to add a fountain pop when my food isn't even ready yet? Come on, hire some individuals who can fully understand that they are, in fact, working in customer service....read full review
got doordash and it simply sucked. we ordered a famous bowl, which we've had million's of times.. it didn't have any chicken in it, no cheese, and everything about it was just wrong. we also ordered the chicken little meal, the chicken on the bread was so small, not even chicken strip size, they forgot my pickle's as well. The only thing good about this meal was the drinks, but hell, they forgot the straws too!
