The staff here is second to none. They get it DONE and take incredible care of their customers because every single member of their staff is incredible. There is no better Starbs crew in the universe!
I get Starbucks multiple times per week. Today this store was awful. It took over 20 minutes for my drink to be ready… even after the app said my drink was ready. To top it off when I asked about the status of my drink - after the app told me it was ready - the associate told me that “the app isn’t accurate to what’s happening in the store.” A few minutes later when it was finally ready she placed it on the stand and didn’t even say anything to me even though she knew...read full review

Starbucks Coffee Company provides quick and friendly service. The staff are clean, respectful, and kind. They make an effort to get to know their customers and make them feel welcome. Some customers have received special touches, such as a fun little drawing on their mug or a compliment on their cup. The breakfast sandwich is delicious. However, some customers have experienced issues with their orders, such as not getting a simple cup of coffee with cream and sugar right or being given the wrong beverage. Despite this, many customers appreciate the kindness and patience of the staff, making them want to return to this location. The drive-thru service is also quick and pleasant, with some baristas going the extra mile to make customers' days.
