This is definitely one of the slowest and worst in terms of Customer Service Starbucks around. Today I waited over 20 minutes in the drive through and then the woman in the window got my tea drink order incorrect 2 times! She was not apologetic and just said she didn’t hear me…. She didn’t hear me correctly twice??? This whole ordeal took like 30 minutes to get a tea latte and egg sandwich. ?

The young lady I believe her name was Lynn was phenomenal... I didn't know what I wanted and the recommendations she gave me with how she ordered her coffee was phenomenal!! It was so good I took my first sip and had to call the store and tell her how much I loved it!! I'm very pleased with my coffee as well as my service!

First of all, let's not blame the baristas. They were doing the best they could. They were really working hard to get all the orders out. I blame Starbucks for not having a system in place to either stop taking the mobil orders when there are so many, the baristas can't keep up or at a very least let those who are ordering through their mobile app that their order may take longer than expected. Instead of saying it'll be ready in 15 minutes. My order was supposed to be ready at 8:09 a.m. but instead I had to wait until 8:39. This is not acceptable. Do better Starbucks!
