It wasn't at the finished carryout orders when I looked, but the person behind the counter noticed and asked me right away what they could help me with and my order was actually already made, they just still had it in a bag behind the counter. Whoever is working there at this time of day should get a raise. They are extremely helpful and greet you when you walk in and walk out.”

The young lady directing traffic/taking orders was ON IT. Very impressive to see a young person performing as a manager, projecting their voice and fixing issues on the fly all while keeping a positive demeanor and smiling. True definition of customer service. The whole crew was dialed in and making the food with care. If the manager there wasn't doing such a great job, I'd have come back and offered to beat her pay rate to bring her to our brand. Whoever is doing the training there deserves some praise. Definitely worth the money, Chipotle who??”

“Food is great. Grilled cheese sandwich is epic. Wagyu pastry is a must try. The place is understaffed and chaotic at times. If you order a custom party tray, double check to make sure they didn’t just give you the ‘off menu’ version. I learned that the hard way and had to drive 12 miles all the way back to get the order fixed. No compensation for my troubles. Would still go back because the food is super good”

“Best sourdough bread I ever had. I tried other local sourdough bread and they are good but not like Sourdough Ida. The regular sourdough bread is seriously the freshest and best around. The jalapeño cheddar is good too, it’s not for the weak, it’s very spicy. I can handle very spicy food and this bread is up there with it. ?️ ?.”

“I ordered cupcakes to serve at a client event. I wanted to serve something special and "non-branded". I asked Karen to create fall themed cupcakes and she outdid herself! As soon as they were brought out, the clients went wide-eyed. They couldn't believe how beautiful they were. One client told me that it's the special things like this that make them feel like family instead of clients. Everyone, including the staff at the restaurant, asked me where I ordered them. There was not a single one left at the end. Success! Karen promptly replied when I sent my initial inquiry. She was also very easy to communicate with when I had questions. Thank you Karen!”
