It looks like new staff or corporate staff until the place gets stabilized. Couldn’t be happier that I can regularly go to this place again. You listened, and earned my loyalty. I am a former Canadian so I am super proud.Old ReviewService was never the greatest, but I think this place sold recently, and now it’s terrible. First they are really slow at the drive through - like you can wait 10 minutes or more with 2 cars in front of you. And the staff is just rude - like they are doing you a real favor. Hey, here’s an idea, smile! And lastly they often mess up your order. I hope the owner and Franchise reads this and take some action.“
“I've lived in the area for years and was so sad when this location closed. I was so happy to see that they've remodeled and reopened. I usually go through the drive thru and it's quick and efficent. Today I went inside because I had a very large and complicated order. They nailed it. I didnt get the name of the girl helping me but she helped me carry my order out to my car and was so polite. So happy Tim Hortons is back!“
