“I had such a great experience at Tim Hortons this morning that I had to share. I went through the drive-thru for a coffee and a bagel and, being half asleep, I drove off with my coffee and completely forgot my bagel. As I was exiting the parking lot, I happened to look over and saw the employee running outside trying to get my attention so he could give me the bagel I left behind.
He easily could have just let me go and assumed I’d come back, but instead he went out of his way to make sure I got my food. That level of customer service and kindness doesn’t happen often anymore, and it really made my morning. Thank you for going the extra mile!!“
“This is by far one of the best Tim Hortons I’ve been to! Everything is always fresh, the coffee is so good, and they always get my order right. The staff is really nice and the service is fast even when they’re busy. You can definitely tell they care about the quality of what they’re serving. I’ll go out of my way to come to this location!“
