Tim Hortons in Troy

“I've been coming to this Tim Hortons almost every day for years, and I can't say enough good things about the staff. The food is always great, the service is fast, and the restaurant is consistently clean inside and out. The tables are always spotless, and the employees work hard to keep everything looking nice.
Recently, I was in the drive-thru and witnessed a customer being extremely rude to the employees. He was yelling at them through the speaker, continued yelling when he got to the window, and even used profanity before speeding off. Despite being treated so disrespectfully, the employees remained calm, professional, and respectful the entire time.
Seeing how well they handled such a difficult situation only made me appreciate them even more. The workers here are amazing, hardworking, and deserve recognition for the way they treat customers. This location continues to provide excellent customer service every time I visit, and that's one of the reasons I keep coming back.“

“All of the drinks are so good and way cheaper than Starbucks, the food is such a great price and is hand made every morning which is amazing to not have prepackaged or frozen products like.most places. The staff is absolutely delightful and nice. Orders are made very quickly and place is constantly being cleaned.“
