“I come to this place every morning. The ladies are wonderful especially early in.the morning. They know my order and be very prompt when they are short staffed. This is my go to for my cup of coffee. If your ever on Ford road and John Hix stop on in and get you some food or hot cup of coffee or a cold refresher.“

“I tried using the app to pre-order a nice sized order to take into work. Being it's Amazon and Prime orders were still going, snacks are so appreciated. I got 18 doughnuts (6 free with a coupon on the app 😀) and 40 TimBits and ☕ for myself. I went in a little after they opened but they had me covered. The staff was great in assisting me with pulling the coupon from my app and even helping me walk it to my car. The one disappointing thing was that I couldn't tip them ☹ To my surprise, they don't have the tipping feature on their tap to pay system. The managers appreciated my looking out for them during this bonkers week in the warehouse at work. Thank you Tim Hortons 😀“

“You see, I'm really picky and I like my donuts fresh. The guy taking my order, Moh, man I'll tell you. Is the definition of great customer service. I asked if he could get me a 6 pack of honey glazed, with one request, if he could make them fresh for me. I said I had no problem waiting, he quickly asked the baker and told me yeah he'll do it. Just that it would be 10 mins which is exactly what I wanted. That means everything to me. And the way he works, as me being in the service industry too, he works to serve the customer all the way right. Real quick and treats all the customers the same, giving quality customer service. Hats off to this guy.“
