“The tuna salad sandwich was delicious. I wouldn’t have thought to try it but they were out of ch sicken and sold out of my go to donuts. So I’m glad I got pushed out of my comfort zone and really enjoy my choice. It was on a croissant 🥐 that was nice and flaky. Mmm 😋 now I’m craving tuna pasta salad but this sandwich is a great substitute for that in a pinch.“

“As someone who’s been going almost everyday, the people are extremely sweet specially my favorites Hailey&Amira who basically know my order like the back of their hand! Food is always on point and coffee is fresh. I do not have 1 bad complaint about this spot and it is my complete favorite Tim’s in town, never fails to make me comfortable and welcomed. My huge thanks to all staff!!“

“I stopped by Tim Hortons just before closing and tried to go inside to check what they had left, but the doors were already locked. So, I headed to the drive-thru to place an order. Unfortunately, everything I wanted was sold out, and the only thing available seemed to be old-fashioned donuts.

Sensing my disappointment, the staff member went above and beyond. She was incredibly kind and told me to pull over while she sorted out what was available. In a wonderful gesture, she handed me a box full of goodies for free! Her thoughtfulness completely brightened my evening.

It’s not often you encounter such kind service, especially at the end of a long day. A big thanks to her for turning a disappointing moment into a sweet and memorable experience. Her actions didn’t just make up for the lack of option, they left a lasting positive impression.
