Tim Hortons in Southgate

“I just left the drive thru about 10 minutes ago and didn't get the young man's name. As I was ordering my large, double double, my two year old began choking on a snack and I frantically had to unbuckle and help him. The man taking my order asked me what he could do, helped me, and after I got my order, he asked again if there was anything they could do. This was going above his job description, yet showing humanity and kindness. Clearly getting coffee at 9 pm I was already having a long day, his kindness saved me and will always be appreciated and remembered. It was a great influence on my other two young boys I had with me.“

“I gladly drive 10 mins away from my house to come to this location almost every morning. The staff is absolutely amazing. Especially the manager! They definitely make my morning, have such pleasant attitudes and have the best work ethic I have seen at any time hortons. My youngest loves getting her morning donut from here and always wants to say hi. They acknowledge her and welcome her with smiles, which makes her so happy, she talks about it all day. We both love this spot. I would recommend everyone to come just for the fast service and amazing energy this team displays. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!“

“delicious food but the service was terrible. they threw trash and old timbits at me while calling me slurs i've never even heard before. in the bathroom there were 3 wasp nests and it was swarming with cockroaches the size of my hand. photos below were my drink and a picture through my straw. i thought it looked cool. Any way. Would visit again 10/10“
