Iv been comeing to tims scence i was a kid and they have such an healthy environment evreyone laughing and in a great mood. majors are always cool and that's not always common to find. Went there today at 1pm, they were out of biscuits, hashbrowns, plain bagels. When I got to the window the iced capp machine wasn't working and it was watery so they offered me frozen hot chocolate (Idk but I think is cheaper) and it was kind of watery too. I asked for a plain donut and they gave me a sugar one, when I questioned it they said they were out of plain donuts, but never asked me what I wanted instead. They also burnt my croissant sandwich. Today Sunday, Oct. 29th. I ordered a plain donut and it was stale. The cashier told me there was fresh donuts in the back but no one put them out and they keep selling days old donuts. Terrible. This place should me micro managed.
