As usual the food is great. The people are great. However the place could be cleaned up a little there was an ugly broken refrigerator case with a towel over it the floor was dirty by far one of the dirtiest ones but as usual everything else was up to par
Mark B was super helpful, patient and respectful, even when multi tasking he was able to take my order, fix an issue at hand, apologized about the inconvenience and made my order, even if it was just an ice coffee, the point is even though I took forever to order one item.. I will be coming back.
This is usually my go to spot but lately the service has been rude they are too busy talking about personal stuff at the window and then asked for a sleeve we got an attitude like we was bothering them. They proceeded to talk with the window open while we waited for food my husband mentioned we still were waiting for our food and she said yeah I know, I’m waiting and rolled her eyes. It’s just like I get you want to chat at work but maybe not when you have customers?
