I just left the drive thru about 10 minutes ago and didn't get the young man's name. As I was ordering my large, double double, my two year old began choking on a snack and I frantically had to unbuckle and help him. The man taking my order asked me what he could do, helped me, and after I got my order, he asked again if there was anything they could do. As usual the food is great. The people are great. However the place could be cleaned up a little there was an ugly broken refrigerator case with a towel over it the floor was dirty by far one of the dirtiest ones but as usual everything else was up to par
Mark B was super helpful, patient and respectful, even when multi tasking he was able to take my order, fix an issue at hand, apologized about the inconvenience and made my order, even if it was just an ice coffee, the point is even though I took forever to order one item.. I will be coming back.
