This locations espresso machine is ALWAYS down. Either the employees are cleaning it ahead of time in preparation for closing (2+ hours before) or it’s just “broken”. I don’t see how you can be a coffee shop without this essential item. I don’t even try to come here anymore, I’ve tried countless times in hopes they’d fix this issue since it’s the closest location to me but they’ve definitely lost a customer. I usually only order coffee here and it’s prepared the way I like it but some staff need to sharpen up their people skills and not get angry/snap when the customer has to repeat themselves when the staff member isn’t understanding what the order was!! This location is closer to home but I may reconsider going elsewhere as I didn’t need the side order of attitude.

Stopped by this location 04/09 late afternoon for a coffee and donut as a pick me up. The three gals working here were awesome. Being from Central Texas, I was a noob to this establishment. These gals made it really easy to order and went above and beyond with a special request. This was definitely a little bit of home by way of Southern Hospitality. Please thank and praise your team that worked this afternoon, they definitely deserve it.

Manager was very unprofessional when confronted with an honest mistake audibly mocking me when I pointed out a mistake in my order. I try to be as respectful as possible with fast good workers because most people blow their top for less so I was quite shocked when the manager was openly being disrespectful when I was just trying to get a bite to eat. On top of that, the two Chipotle Chicken Wraps I got were made entirely incorrectly with very few ingredients in what seemed like an ocean of the sauce. It was just a grilled tortilla with paste in the middle. The Timbits are always gonna be Timbits so no argument there. The lady handing me my order was really nice and understanding and the lady working the front counter was very polite. Don’t think I’ll frequent this location anymore.

This store has gone down the tubes I have given this store a few tries and this is the last time I will ever go to this one clearly nobody listens to anyone in there my order was wrong even after me and the other employee told her not once not twice but 3 times and still messed up smh

The worst Tim Hortons in the area. The employees hate customers. They will go out of the way to fight with you. They are awful. They screw your order up and get mean when you ask them to fix it.

Very bad experience for my family and I...we never go for coffee after we drop the kids off at school and we thought it would be a fast pleasant trip. It was definitely the opposite ?? We were rushed through the order so they ended up having to make us new ones and if they weren't already rude initially they were very hostile afterwards. I will never go back to this specific location. As a manager in food I would never treat my customers with such poor service.

I usually order Avocado toast from a different location, but this loation is Terrible ? toast!!!. It's clumps of Avocado instead of being smooth and doesn't cover the entire piece of the toast for the price paid!

Went through drive-thru and ordered. Ordered 2 small creme brule ice capps and a Medium ice capp and ice hot chocolate. Got everything but the medium. I asked where the med. drink was and they said they didn't get it. Have to pull back around. The line was very long and I said your employee made the mistake and I have to pull back around in the long líne again? Then the manager said yes pull around and re- order. She also told me that they don't make creme brule ice capps it's carmel and vanilla Next time order that or they wont make it...the manager was very rude even when I said you didn't give me any straws all she said was pull around. I definitly will NEVER go back to this store ever again. VERY RUDE PEOPLE WORK THERE!!! Good Luck to anyone going there...

every time the staff here is so rude. Im always pleasent, and to have someone talk to you like your a moron for no reason isnt something you expect when grabbing a coffee, and its every single time i stop at this location. Update i just read some reviews and it seems as if this is an issue going back over a year, and it seems as if your management team lacks the ability to hire and train, and whoever owns this does not care. As for the workers, have a little more pride in how you present yourself to the public, its not you vs. the customer and if your employer isnt providing the correct tools to keep from getting frustrated at work there are plenty of great places to work with attentive management who makes sure broken things get fixed and the store is stocked
